Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant cleaning experience
- Basic ABET qualification
- Able to read and write
- Competent in operating cleaning machines and equipment
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Able to handle high-pressure situations
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and to rotate between different wards or sections within the institution
Duties:
- Carry out routine cleaning tasks using a range of tools and equipment across hospital and clinic areas, including departments, offices, corridors, elevators, boardrooms, kitchens, windows, and restrooms
- Perform high dusting, disinfection, scrub downs, and other related cleaning duties within the hospital environment
- Clean machines and equipment after each use, and maintain cleaning materials and tools in good condition
- Report any broken or faulty cleaning machines and equipment
- Request cleaning supplies as needed
- Rotate across different areas within the scope of the role
- Carry out any other work-related duties as directed by the supervisor
